The atmosphere makes a club unique, and is created by three things: the physical environment (ie. sound system, dancefloor, etc.), the people, and most importantly the DJ.

Years DJing: Seven years, although my first year I was basically clueless.
Clubs and/or parties you have DJ'd for: Orchid, Cochrane's, Gypsy's, Joe's Brewery, countless Indian and fraternity parties.
What first interested you in DJ'ing: In High School I went to an Indian house party at UIC and saw this DJ. I just stared at the turntable all night long.
Favorite DJ: Derrick Carter, hands down!
Favorite Style: House and underground. I like a lot of types including trance, progressive and techno, but house is by far my favorite.
Favorite Record: Toss up between French Kiss, Flowerz, and Ron Trent's Altered States.
Favorite Label: Hmm... there's only about a 1000. How about ffrr.
Favorite Record Store: Satellite Records online.
Most embarrasing DJ moment: First night DJ'in in front of crowd. I went on, mixed my first record. There was like 500 people and the crowd was going nuts. I went to pull off the other record and took the needle off the wrong record. I froze for like 5 seconds.
Favorite DJ moment: The first time people cheered at the end of my set.
